The USPFO for New Jersey intends to award a sole source contract to Nelligan Sports Marketing, Inc. for marketing/advertising services at Rutgers University. Nelligan Sports Marketing, Inc. is the only authorized agent for Rutgers University and retains all associated rights for adveertising/marketing for Rutgers University Athletics programs.
