The VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216 intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Agfa Corporation, 100 Challenger Road, Ridgefield park, NJ 07660-2199 for hardware and software maintenance for IMPAX equipment. This proposed award is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination has been made that Agfa Corporation is the only responsible source that is capable of providing these services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted. Inquiries will only be accepted via email at marilyn.clayburn@va.gov
