This Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) announcement constitutes a SOURCES SOUGHT notice.

The Arizona Air National Guard, 162nd FW has a requirement for the repair of aircraft Flame Holders, NSN 2840-01-326-4066.

1. All instruments/components will appear cosmetically new after repair. Contractor will furnish the repaired product to the Air Force as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) intended. The repaired product will meet acceptance test procedures (ATPs) as intended by the OEM. Contractor will ensure Defense Contract Management Association has final approval/inspection of all return-to-service (required) instruments. Contractor will certify the repaired products are safe and fully qualified as an operational instrument on the aircraft system it was originally intended for.
2. Emergency repairs will be accomplished based on prior approval by the contractor. Approval by the contractor is contingent upon current capabilities and parts in stock. Delivery time will be given on an individual basis. The Government will decide whether to proceed with repairs or seek emergency purchase.
3. All AFREP items will be clearly identified with a DD Form 1574-1, stamp, decal or other means with repair location, office symbol, phone number and date.
4. Following repair, the contractor shall test/inspect the item. A record of the repair and test results shall be provided to the AFREP office and made available for the Government Inspector.

6. If an adverse trend or high rate of failure develops, the Tucson ANG shall generate a deficiency report IAW T.O. DD-35D-54. In response, the Contractor shall provide the Government with a root cause analysis and corrective action on such failed warranty repaired parts.
7. Tucson ANG Base shall accept or reject repaired parts within 30 days after receipt or at first time use, whichever is later.
8. Contractor shall comply with current FAR Part 45, Management of Government Property in the Possession of Contractors.
9. Contractor shall abide by all AFI21-123, Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP) requirements. (http://www.e-publishing.af.mil).

This requirement will be issued against Standard Industrial Classification Code - 3728, NAICS code - 336413, and the related Small Business Standard - 1,000 employees. This notice is for announcement only and serves to provide interested parties an opportunity to respond to the agency's requirements. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP); nor does its issuance restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition.
