SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to negotiate a sole source contract inaccordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, with Martone RadioTechnology, Incorporated (DBA MRT), 2410 Camino Ramon, Suite 180, SanRamon, CA 94583, a small business, for the purchase of wireless geo-locationdevices and enhancements in support of tactical operations. Artemis is a high accuracy fast acquisition dual band cellular geo-locator.Maximus is an Intelligent Multi Sensor Integration (IMSI)/ International MobileEquipment Identity (IMEI) interrogation tool. MRT is the original equipment manufacturer, with proprietary data rights, andisthe only contractor with authority to perform the work on its systems. Acombination service and supply, Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price typecontract is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification(NAIC) Code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. This notice isnot a request for competitive proposals.
