SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to negotiate a sole source contract inaccordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, with QRC,Incorporated 2680 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Stafford, VA 22554 for the purchase ofRugged systems and services for enhancements to the systems in support oftactical operations. Rugged is a ruggedized weather resistant field deployable survey device withpassive embedded software that identifies signals of interest. QRC Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer and is the onlycontractor with authority to perform the work on its systems. A combinationservice and supply, Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price type contract isanticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Codeis 334119 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This notice is not arequest for competitive proposals. Any questions relating to this announcementor interested party inquiries are due in writing no later than fifteen (15)daysfrom the date this notice is published.
