The United States Department of Agriculture, National Information Technology Center (NITC), plans to award a purchase order on a limited sources basis to Software Engineering of America, 1230 Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square, New York 11010, for the maintenance and technical support of a suite of proprietary SEA software products $AVRS PROG PROD, VTAM $AVRS PROG SITE LICENSES, TRMS, VTAM TRMS, AND ARCHIVE BROWSE TRMS PROGS SITE LICENSES.  These software products will be used by the NITC in Kansas City, Missouri.  This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation exists for this requirement. Please submit your response to Jennifer Adams, Contracting Officer, no later than 5:00 pm CDT November 24, 2009 (Tuesday).
