The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida is soliciting competitive quotations from qualified small businesses to purchase four (4) Circuit Card Assemblies (National Stock Number 5998 01 542 5380) and three (3) Circuit Card Assemblies (NSN 5998 01 543 3704) in accordance with the appropriate drawings. Drawings are available electronically and must be requested from the buyer by e-mail. Drawings are limited to DOD and DOD Contractors. Vendors are asked to provide quotes for both items as the Government will be making one award. Multiple awards will not be considered. The required delivery date will be 90 days from receipt of purchase order. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334418, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The closing date to submit quotes is 04 December 2009. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the CCR under the advertised NAICS code. Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment office may not make payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database. The NSWCPC has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area. Therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available at https://www.fbo.gov. Vendors should regularly access this web site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments. Questions will not be answered by telephone. All questions must be submitted by email. *EMAIL is the preferred method of submitting quotation packages. No quotes via telephone will be processed.
