The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office intends to issue a Request for Quote for an assessment team of two (2) to perform chemical inventory assessments of each CCAO facility (Folsom, CA; Lake Berryessa, Napa, CA; New Melones Resource Office, Sonora, CA; and New Melones Powerplant, Jamestown, CA). North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690; small business size standard of $7M. The inventory must be performed with the use of bar code readers. Solicitation R10PS240016 will be released to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about November 18, 2009. The date for receipt of proposals will be on or about December 4, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. The solicitation and associated documents must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Prospective contractors shall complete electronic Annual Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
