RECOVERY - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the american recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, the government posts this pre-solicitation notice of intent to issue Solicitation W91QEY-10-B-0003 as an IFB this notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This project is to improve the safety of the Wilcox Landing Site at Fort A.P. Hill, VA. This is a solicitation notice only as the original solicitation package will be posted on 4 December 2009.
