6. Contract description
The purpose of this contract is the supply, delivery and where necessary installation, commissioning, maintenance and after sales service of a biomethanation plant(s) for the provision of 126kw of electricity using palm oil mill effluent. The Competent Authority will use the plant to generate the power for three communities and discharge a cleaner effluent into streams and rivers, leaving the immediate environs with a cleaner environment.

7. Indicative number and titles of Lots
This supply contract will be in one lot comprising of the following two phases;
o A: Pilot Plant phase (Biomethanation Plant)
o B: Main Plant phase (Results from the pilot plant will be used to fine tune the process parameters for the main plant)
