I. Scope of Works are the following but not limited to:

Improvement of FOM Working Area
- Installation of roof trusses and roofing sheaths with LDPE roof insulator
- 4" thk. concrete topping
- Expansion of working area (6 x 24 m.)
- Repainting of exterior and interior walls with sem-gloss latex paint


Waterproofing & Improvement of FTIC Roof Deck
- Removal of existing roof framing and sheaths
- Installation of bituminous self-adhesive waterproofing membrane
- 2" thk. concrete topping with 1" x 1" mesh wire reinforcement
- Installation of 30 cm. x 30 cm. ceramic floor tiles
- Painting of parapet wall with textured paint



II. Completion Period: 120 CD

Approved budget: PHP 3,101,294.98
