SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING and COMMISSIONING of STAINLESS STEEL WATER TANKS
for the PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT STAFF (PMS)

The PROCUREMENT SERVICE (PS) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder item:

Deadline of Submission of Bids and Opening of Bids December 9, 2009; 9:00 AM

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

The complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased at the Procurement Service-Purchasing Division upon payment of non-refundable fee indicated above. The Bidding Documents may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the PhilGEPS provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

The Pre-Bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties; however, only those who have purchased the Bidding Documents may participate in the discussion at said conference.

The Procurement Service shall adopt a Registry System for interested parties pursuant to Section 23.4 of the revised IRR of Republic Act (RA) 9184.The application fee for the Registry System is P 500.00 for both the Annual and for the per Project-basis Registration.

The Pre-Bid Conference, Application in the Registry System, Submission and Opening of Bids shall be held at PS Conference Room, Room 207, PS Complex, Cristobal Street, Paco, Manila.

The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes in the bid box located at the abovementioned address.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from PS-Purchasing Division at telephone numbers 563-9402, 563-9374 or 561-7026 during office hours or visit the website at www.philgeps.net.

The Procurement Service reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses to the eligibility requirements and to this invitation. PS further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract, and makes no assurance that contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation without thereby incurring any liability in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
