The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and If found eligible to bid for the hereunder contract:

Prospective bidders should posses a valid PCAB License applicable for the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of ABC and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The B.A.C will issue non-discriminatory pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post qualification of the lowest calculated bid and will require original documents of Eligibility documents for authentication.

All Particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract, shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The BAC will issue to prospective bidders eligibility forms upon payment of non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only ( Php. 500.00)

The BAC will issue Bidding Documents only to bidders declared by the BAC to be Eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount indicated above.

The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formality or to accept such bids or offers that may be considered most advantageous to the government.
