IV.1) TYPE OF PROCEDURE
IV.1.1) Type of procedure: Negotiated.

IV.1.2) Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to
tender or to participate: Envisaged minimum number: 3. Maximum number: 5
Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: The
tender contest is a divided in stages. In the first stage all interested
tenders are invited to participate and will receive the tender documents.
In the next stage the Awarding Authority will select 3-5 suppliers to
submit tenders, based on criteria given in the tender documents.

dialogue: Recourse to staged procedure to gradually reduce the number of
solutions to be discussed or tenders to be negotiated yes.
