II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Cyclical repairs and maintenance of fire
alarm systems and emergency lighting systems in schools and other public
buildings including responsive maintenance,component replacement and
resetting of triggered alarms for a period of 3 years with the option to
extend for up to a further 3 years subject to satisfactory performance and
mutual agreement of the parties.

1.4.2010. Completion: 31.3.2013.
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: A Performance Bond will be
required for 15 % of the annual value of the contract. The Bondsman to be
approved by the Council.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Within 28 days of
submission of a properly rendered invoice.

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

electrical installation by NICEIC,ECA or similarly accredited body and as
detailed in the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).
