national basis. Including industrial heating and pipeline supplies;
electrical hardware; workshop, industrial and electrical tools; PPE
safety/training equipment and corporate wear; plant hire.

Main place of delivery: Primarily in the UK with some requirements

II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Buying
Solutions as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a Pan
Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector
bodies including but not limited to Central Government Departments and
their Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies; NHS bodies and Local
Authorities.
The above Public Sector Bodies have a need for a.
Framework agreement for the supply and delivery of Building Materials and
Associated Managed Services. It includes plumbing and heating equipment,
kitchens and bathrooms, light building materials, heavy building
materials, timber, sheet materials, joinery, electrical hardware,
janitorial supplies, electrical hand tools, PPE, Safety Equipment/Training
and Corporate Workwear, pipeline equipment, plant hire/supply and the hire
of building related equipment and associated services. To include stores
facility and managed services.
The above public sector bodies may decide to hold an electronic reverse
auction on the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework
Agreement(s).

VI.3.2) Lodging of appeals: Precise information on deadline(s) for
lodging appeals: The contracting authority will incorporate a minimum 10
calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of
the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful
tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before
the framework agreement is entered into. Applicants have two working days
from the notification of the award decision to request additional
debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of three
working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such additional
information should be requested from the address in section 1.1.
If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully
resolved, the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 provide for aggrieved
parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the
rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern
Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within three
months). Where a contract has not been entered into, the Court may order
the setting aside of the award decision or order the contracting authority
to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been
entered into the Court may only award damages.
