Contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129293/D/WKS/EG.

4. Financing: The German financial cooperation represented by KfW
Entwicklungsbank is heading a joint co-financing project in which the
European Commission (EC) and the European Investment Bank (EIB) are
co-financing partners in the framework of the Neighbourhood Investment
Facility (NIF). The purpose of the project is to build a 200 MW wind farm
in the Gulf of El Zayt area along the Red Sea in Egypt. The
project-executing agency for the grid connection of the wind farm is the
Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC).
