Note: (1) P. C.- Warranty- Mother Board Intel DG31PR, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.8 GHZ, 3MB1.2 cashe and 1066 MHz FSB, Ram 1GB DDR -2 (PC-667), Hard disk 160GB SATA (7200PM,8MB), Modem 56k, CD-RW Combo, Casing ATX 300 Watts, LCD 17” WXGA, Key Board Standard, Mouse Optical, (2) Laser Printer- CANNON LBP 3010 OR equivalent, (3) CCTV System- 04 Camera, 01DVR, 03 LCD Samsung or equivalent with complete fitting. Visit the site for installation at State Life Building Multan., (4) UPS 10KVA -Warranty- APC/EMERSON/Alfa Digital / Cell Power or equivalent with software and at least 30 nos. of 7A 12V battery bank, One Year for UPS with complete parts and Six months for batteries.

Sealed financial bids are invited from pre qualified/non pre-qualified GST/NTN registered firms/Stationers having own Office Phone/Fax number (if found contrary the tender will be rejected) preferably based at Multan for unit wise rates of following items on the below mentioned terms and conditions.
Terms And Conditions- Security amount must be deposited equal to 5 % of the approximate value of the tender in form of “Cash Payment” or “Call Deposit receipts” in favor of Assistant General Manager (P&GS) State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Zonal Office Multan which will be refunded to the un-successful parties on the spot and the refundable cash payment or CDR will be detained of the successful parties till the completion of Tender. No tender will be acceptable without earnest money.
The rates should be valid for 60 days. Tender closing date 24/11/09 11:00 A.M. Tender opening date 24/11/09 at 11:30 A.M.
On finding sub standard quality as and when noticed during process, the deposit security may be forfeited in favor of the Corporation., The Firm/Suppliers in question will be bound to supply the required items as whole consignment within 10 days from the issuance date of supply order.
The bidders will attach their respective copies of NTN and Sales Tax Certificates. Order will be placed to bidders on lowest item rates., Sealed Tenders duly completed in all respects must be reached to the undersigned by Courier Service/by post during Office hours i.e. 08:30 am to 05:00 pm (sharp) except Saturday and Sunday till the closing date / time as mentioned above.
The Income Tax will be deducted @ 3.5% at source., The Corporation reserves the rights to cancel/reject any one or all the Tenders in accordance with rule (33) of Public Procurement Regulations. , Firm which have applied in response to previous advertisement should apply afresh., The firm has to submit an affidavit being not black listed, from any department., Total payment will be made after the completion of job., For further details the undersigned may be contacted during working hours in person or telephonically on phone No.061/9200771,72,73 and 9200678.
