Terms & Conditions -Bidders may submit quotations for one or more (Complete Contract Package, evaluation of quotation and contract awards will be item wise.
A complete set of tender documents for Each Package separately may be obtained by interested eligible Suppliers or downloaded. Quotations shall be on the prescribed format, sealed and accompanied by Earnest Money/Security of not less than 2% (two Percent) of the quoted price for each package in the shape of call deposit from a schedule Bank of Pakistan in favor of the PD, PSCBP Finance Division, Government of Pakistan. Lumping of Earnest Money for two or more packages would be construed as disqualification.
Price quoted shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties and cover installation at various locations as indicated or as advised otherwise.
Firms submitting the quotations shall meet the following criteria: Manufacturers/Suppliers must have at least two years of experience in manufacturing/Supplying of Goods. Documentary evidence, interalia, Authorized Dealership Certificate along with authorization to quote for this procurement, must be provided with the quotation.
Proof of registration with the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department should be enclosed with the quotation.
Quotations shall be valid for a period of 10 days after opening., The supplier will deliver the goods within 3 days after issuance of Purchase Order., Minimum of One Year Warranty cover is essential, All government taxes shall be deducted as per law.
Suppliers are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected., Supplier engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices (including collusion/pooling) will be declared ineligible, either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract financed by the World Bank.
Results of bid award would be made known in a reasonable time; Bidders are instructed not to approach the Project Authorities after opening of bids until the finalization of award.
