Note: The Registration Fee for one Application is Rs. 175/= (Rupees One Hundred and Seventy Five).

Applications are hereby invited to register manufacturers, suppliers, agents to supply following goods and services to this ministry.
Relevant Details For Registration Of Suppliers :-
Separate applications should be submitted for each item.
The registration fee for one application is Rs. 175/= (Rupees One Hundred and Seventy Five).
Applications can be obtained from the date of publication of this notice up to 30.11.2009 from the Accounts Branch on payment of cash to the Shroff during office hours.
Duly perfected applications addressed to the Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Products, Agrarian Services, Freshwater Fisheries, Environment and Tourism, Ratwatte Mawatha, Badulla should either be sent under registered cover or hand delivered to be received before 30.11.2009.
"Registration of Suppliers for the year 2010" should be marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope enclosing the application.
