Trade Development Authority Of Pakistan, Government of Pakistan invites tender from reputed supplier and contractor, registered with income tax / sales tax for miscellaneous at Karachi Expo Center. The supplier / contractors having at least 5 years experienced of performing similar jobs along with details of satisfied clients are eligible for participation.
Tender documents may be obtained on submission of pay order of Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable) for each of the above works, in favor of Accounts Officer, TDAP – Karachi Expo Center from the Deputy Director (Karahi Expo Center), Main University Road, Gulsahn-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The inspection of site can be done on any working day from 9 a.m – 2 p.m for seeing samples / works.
The bidder may quote for any or all the works. Interested firms may submit their “Technical bids and Financial Bids in separate envelopes marked clearly as per name and address given below latest by 22nd November, 2009 till 11.00 am the Technical bids should include following.
Company Profile, NTN, Sales Tax Registration, Affidavit that the firms is not blacklisted in any Government Department, Details of employees with their respective qualification / experienced, Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.
Financial bids should include all applicable taxes and other relevant charges along with Earnest money of three percent (3 %) of the bid amount in the form of a Pay Order from a schedule bank of Pakistan in favor of Accounts Office, TDAP-Karachi Expo Center.
The Technical Bids Would be opened on same date at 11.30 am in the presence of those wish to attend. Based on the evaluation of Technical Bids the firms would be short listed. The financial bids of only those firms would be opened who quality technically. The date of opening of “Financial bids” would be communicated to short listed firms separately.
