The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Loretto, Pennsylvania intends to issue solicitation RFQP02081000006, for the requirements of Quarterly Certified Food NAICS 424490. This solicitation is for 100% Small Business and FOB Destination, deliveries will begin on January 4, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Loretto, PO Box 1000, 772 Saint Joseph St., Loretto, Pennsylvania 15940. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, price being rated higher than past performance.
