(vi) The requirement is for Network General (NetScout) Sniffer Infinistream appliance support and software renewal. The current appliance support and software licenses expired on 11 October 2009. The period of performance is 12 months from date of contract award.

(vii) Commercial items shall be priced as FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO. Delivery terms are 30 days ARO.

(viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. (JUNE 2008), applies to this acquisition. All companies must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. All companies providing a quote must submit with their quote a certification from NetScout that they are an authorized channel partner.
