The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space should yield 2,276 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 2,390 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. This procurement can best be satisfied by an existing class "A" office building.

The proposed lease is for five (5) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced, including tenant electric.

Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2011.

The Government will require six (6) parking spaces.

The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:

North: Interstate 96/696

South: M-14/Interstate 96

East: Newburgh Road

West: Haggerty Road


Submission Requirements: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals):

-Building name and address

-One-eight inch scale drawing of space offered. Also please provide full floor plan within the building, and site plan showing ingress and egress from site to public streets.

-Rentable square feet and CAF factor of building

-Specify the type of water, sewer, electric, telephone, internet access and the names of each company providing service and or the municipal agencies supplying such service.

-Space above the first floor level is preferred.

The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.

All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
