The space offered must consist of approximately 3,105 rentable square feet in Roswell, NM. The space should yield 2,700 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require five (5) reserved parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Roswell, NM The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
