The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 3,105 rentable square feet in Roswell, NM. The space should yield 2,700 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.

The Government will require five (5) reserved parking spaces.

The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Roswell, NM

The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced.

Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 10, 2011.

The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.

All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
