The resulting contract will be a time and materials contract pertaining to the design of the exhibit and a firm fixed price component regarding the building and installation of the exhibit. The purpose of this contract is to design, detail, fabricate, transport to the site, and install a low-maintenance, permanent, engaging, multi-sensory interactive exhibit and associated elements for EPA?s National Computer Center?s (NCC) lobby area of their North Carolina facility. The intent of this work is to provide a new exhibit that is innovative, interactive, high tech in appearance and aesthetically matches the facility, while portraying information of interest to visitors of the NCC about the organization?s services, accomplishments and facility features. The contract will be for one exhibit and will include an option for one other exhibit if the Government chooses to exercise the option. A pre-proposal conference is being planned and further details will be provided.
