Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region, Montana Mainteance has a requirement for all supervision, labor, equipment,materialand any other resources necessary to complete janitorial services at theMontana Maintenance Center in Fort Peck, Montana per the attachedPerformanceWork Statement. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business.TheNAICS code is 561720, size standard $16.5 million. A site visit is highlyrecommend. Drawings are not available. The total duration for thiscontractwill be one year; however, four (4) year options may be exercised by thediscretion of the Government.
