The 316 Contracting Squadron intends to procure a contract where prospective offerors are required to provide de-icer fluid for aircraft lavatories. 21,540 total gallons in six(6) 3,590 gallon shipments to be delivered bi-monthly. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325199 with the business size standard of 1000 employees. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 20 Nov 2009 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423.
