The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to make a single award or multiple award for the provision of Kosher Foods. Kosher Food to be provided at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located in Beaumont, Texas. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the statement of work. The solicitation will be available on or about November 18, 2009, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about December 2, 2009. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Faith-Based and Community-based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible small business may submit a quotation which will be considered for an award.
