Scope of work The Project consists of the construction of mosques, imam houses etc., comprising of four Mosque Complexes on four different sites as follows:

COMPLEX (A)
Standard Daily Mosque Type DM11 & Imam House Type 1 at Ain Khalid.
a) Single Storey DM 11 Mosque approximately 428 m² comprising:
• Main Prayer Hall for 230 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar.
• Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men
• Ladies Prayer Hall for 50 Worshippers
• Ablutions facilities and toilets for women.
• DAWA Room with pantry.
• Minaret and water tank area.
• Courtyard.

b) Standard Imam House Type (1) approximately 160 m² comprising
Majlis, 3 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, 2 No. Bath, Toilet, Courtyards.
c) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services.
d) External Works approximately 955 m² comprising:
a. Hard Landscaping
b. Infrastructure Services
c. Boundary Wall, Courtyards for Imam house.

COMPLEX (B)
Standard Daily Mosque Type DM14 At Abu Nakhlah
a)Two Storey DM 14 Mosque approximately 754m² comprising:
• Main Prayer Hall for 200 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar.
• Ladies Prayer Hall for 200 Worshippers.
• Open court
• Ablutions facilities and toilets.
• Minaret and water tank area.
b)Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men

c) Imam House comprising
Majlis, Dining. 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen, 2 No. Bath rooms and Courtyard(in first floor).
d)Moazen house living, 2 bed rooms , Kitchen 2 bath rooms and courtyard (in ground floor).
e) Daawa room with Pantry
f) Minaret
g) Open courtyard water tank and electrical room
h) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services.
i) External Works approximately 1725 m² comprising:
a. Hard and soft Landscaping
b. 26 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way
c. Infrastructure Services

COMPLEX (C)
Demolish and Rebuild Mosque No. (498) At Saiylia.

a) Two Storey Mosque approximately 630.44 m² comprising:
• Main Prayer Hall for 212 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar (in Ground floor).
• Praying Hall for 190 Worshippers (in First floor).
• Ablutions facilities and toilets.
• Imam House comprising: Majlis, Two Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and Courtyard ( in first floor ).
• Moazen Room with Pantry (in Ground floor).
• Daawa Room with pantry.
• Minaret
• Open courtyard water tank and Electric room.
b) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services
c) External Work approximately 19.03 m²comprising:
a. Hard Landscaping
b. Infrastructure Services.

COMPLEX (D)
Demolish and Rebuild Standard Friday Mosque Type (FM 3) & Imam House & Muaazen House at Abu Hamour
a) Two Storey FM 3 Mosque approximately 1605 m² comprising:
• Main Prayer Hall for 530 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar.
• Daily praying Hall for 120 worshippers
• Mezzanine Prayer Hall for 120 worshippers
• Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men
• Ladies Prayer Hall for 65 Worshippers
• Ablutions facilities and toilets for women.
• Library
• DAWA Room with bath and pantry.
• Minaret and water tank area, electrical room.
b) Imam House comprising: Majlis, Two Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and Courtyard (in Ground floor).
c) Moazen House Majlis, Two Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and Courtyard (in first floor).
d) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services
e) External Work approximately 3,423 m² comprising:
• Hard Landscaping
• 46 No of Car parking and Driveway
• Infrastructure Services

The Construction duration is 540 days.
