Note: Non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/=.

Applications are invited from reputed Contractors, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Importers, Agents & any other individuals who wish to register themselves with the Sri Lanka Sustainable energy Authority for the supply of items and services listed below for the year 2010.
Conditions :-
In respect of every item a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/= should be paid in cash to the Senior Manager of the Authority during the office hours from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs. during the working days and the receipt should be forwarded with the application.
Separate applications should be forwarded for each item.
Application prepared should be sent under registered cover to reach Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority on or before 07th December 2009 marked "Registration of Suppliers 2010" on the top left hand corner of the envelopes.
The Chairman has the right to reject any or all applications received or to strike off any supplier from the register.
The names of suppliers who fail to deliver the supplies / provide the service promptly and or fail to carry out the work to the satisfaction of the authority or who supply substandard items/services will be struck off the register without notice.
Quotation will be called from registered suppliers only. However the Chairman of the Authority reserves the right to call for quotations from unregistered suppliers too, as and when necessary.
