Eligibility of Tenderer : Any individual(s)/ firms/ who fulfill the qualification(s) stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the tender documents as per PPR-2008.
i. The provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008" shall be in strict compliance. ii. The successful tenderer must complete the work within the stipulated time period, failing to achieve the pro-rata progress, his/their work order will be cancelled and action will be taken as per tender clause. iii. The quantity of work may vary as per actual field condition and design aspects. iv. Two sets of Photocopy of BOQ with the tender duly attached by the tenderer should be submitted with the tender in two separate sealed envelope marking ADDITIONAL BOQ. v. The work order will be issued on priority basis only after getting clearance from the competent authority. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
