National Bank of Pakistan – Through Purchase Committee of Property & Premises Department, Logistic Support & Security Wing, Operations Group, Head Office Karachi requires offers sealed bids for purchase of commercial plot at Larkana City free from all encumbrances/ charges/ liens/ mortgages & litigation having particulars as follow:
Location Commercial Plot At Vip Road Larkana/ Station Road Larkana And Surrounding
Of District Council Road Larkana
Purpose For Construction Of Main Branch And Regional Office Larkana
Nature (Commercial) Commercial Activity – Banking Transaction Encumbrance Free From All (Legal) Encumbrances – Established Exclusive Owner Ship.

Tender Opening Chairman Purchase Committee At Committee: Head Office Karachi.
Terms & conditions:
1. No any sort of commission will be allowed – direct owners or authorized agents should apply or participate.
2. Purchase Committee at Head Office will be the final authority to take decision (for acceptance of Bids).
3. NBP reserves right to disagree / cancel / reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.
4. In case of any short coming Bid can be treated as cancelled/disallowed.
5. Participants will be communicated regarding success of their Bids by ROC Larkana.
6. Tender will accepted / rejected by NBP – H.O. Karachi at their sole discretions taking all aspects into account.
