This Request for Proposal NS0788RFP, is designed to solicit responses from suitable vendors who can meet the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's (ABC) need to replace its Radio Satellite Interchange equipment. 

NS0788RFP specifies the requirement as mentioned below:

a)      The replacement of the radio interchange encoding/decoding, modulation, multiplexing, upconverter equipment and their interconnects.

b)      The replacement of the management system to support the above.

c)       A "Turn Key" solution applying open industry standards to all aspects of the system design, installation and integration.

d)      Project Management of this proposed activity.

e)      Operational and technical training

f)       Support
