Financial Advisor Services – Vendor of Record

RFP No. OIPC-09-00-MC004

The Ontario Infrastructure Projects Corporation (“Infrastructure Ontario”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purposes of initiating a Refresh Process for Infrastructure Ontario’s existing Vendor of Record for Financial Advisors established in February 2007 in order to add a limited number of Vendor of Record firms.

The financial advisor services required are classified in three categories: Financial Advisory Services, Capital Markets Advisory Services, and Transaction and Process Advisory Services. Proponents must indicate which category of services they wish to be considered for. Proponents may select more than one category.

Scope of services for each category and other details are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document, which is available only through MERX at www.merx.com or 1-800-964-6379, reference number OIPC-09-00-MC004.

Proposals will be received at 12:00:00 p.m. Toronto local time on November 27th, 2009 at Infrastructure Ontario, 777 Bay Street, 6th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 2C8.
