SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
1. Issuance of Bid Documents - November 16, 2009
2. Pre-Bid Conference - November 23, 2009
3. Opening of Bids - December 7, 2009

Bid Documents may be secured starting November 16, 2009 from the BAC Secretariat Office, 3rd Flr., DBP Building, Roxas East AVenue, General Santos City c/o Hera A. Duka, upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P6,000.00 to the DBP - Gensan Branch Teller.

Prospective Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

All particulars relative to eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Amanah Islamic Bank assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
