Borough Council is seeking to conduct a competitive dialogue with those
who are capable of delivering the renovation and extension of Walton Hall,
glasshouse and outbuildings to high quality hotel , spa, conferencing and
banqueting facilities. Also, the provision of a canal side country pub,
cafe, and restaurant in the Heritage Yard with an Interpretation Centre,
together with the refurbishment of the Riding School. The Council is
seeking a partner who will help to deliver our aspirations , this
partnership will take the form of any of the following : Commercial lease;
profit share; turnover rent on terms to be agreed. The freehold title will
not be available.
