II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The contractor
must provide a prompt and efficient Coach Hire service that maintains
highest level of quality. The service must be responsive to the needs of
all users of the University of Bristol. The service provision must
consistently meet the required collection, departure and arrival at
destination times agreed with the customer when placing an order. The
University may use coach services on a daily nasis and the successful
bidder should have a fleet and staff complement capable of meeting our
present and future needs. Coaches of varyig capacity will be required.
Disable staff and students will from time to time be travelling as part of
a group and the vehicle supplied should enable them to travel as part of
that group.
