The U.S. Census Bureau intends to procure Courier/Messenger services in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to provide the daily messenger/courier services described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources that can meet the requirements decribed in the PWS may respond to this solicitation by submitting cost and technical proposals to Pamela Miller via email to pamela.a.miller@census.gov. Please send all questions via email. No phone calls will be honored. Award will be made by Government Purchase Order. Closing date for receipt of proposals is November 24, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
