N10PX18115 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared with the format in the Federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6. This ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37. This contract will procure equipment to support the Dept Of The Navy with Parachute Packages. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price.
