The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford, Wisconsin, intends to issue solicitation RFQP04101000002, for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE- including KOSHER, DAIRY, EGGS, BREAD. This solicitation is FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 4, 2010. No deliveries will be accepted after January 21, 2010. FCI Oxford can not accept deliveries after 1:30 pm cst on any day. FCI Oxford will not accept deliveries on any Friday. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, County Road "G" & Elk Avenue, Grand Marsh, Wisconsin 53936. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. This solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The deadline for receipt of quotes is
December 04, 2010. Quotes received after this date will not be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each Offer is required per Far 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certification via the On-line Representations and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
