The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests proposals for the Asbestos Abatement of the Hatchery Building located at 151 Broad St., Nashua, NH 03063. The work consists of the removal and disposal of asbestos containing material from the building as per the Statement of Work outlined in the solicitation. Disposal of the asbestos will be in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state of New Hampshire. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562910. The size standard is $14 million. This procurement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Proposal must be submitted to USFWS, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035. Attention: Gary Dupuis, Contracting Officer. Issue date for this solicitation is 5 December, 2009. The closing date for receipt of proposals is 05 January, 2010 at 4:00pm. This solicitation will be posted in approximately 15 days and may be viewed and downloaded through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.nbc.gov". Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at "http://www.bpn.gov". Availability of Solicitation documents and specifications is anticipated to be on or about December, 05 2009.
