The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institute Englewood, Littleton, CO, intends to issue solicitation RFQP04031000002, for the requirements of:2nd QTR FY 10 SUBSISTENCE - KOSHER. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin December 28, 2009. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institute, 9595 W. Quincy Ave, Littleton, CO 80123. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 23, 2009, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies will not be distributed. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 11, 2009 by 16:00 MST.
