Expression of interest,

International Development Association submitted an application for financing from World Bank for the Land registration and cadastre system for sustainable agriculture Project and intending to apply the part of resources for consulting services. These services will include carrying out of trainings on GIS technologies.
PMU LRCSP is inviting the competent consultants to submit the expression of interest for rendering the above services. Interested consultants must provide information with indication of qualification, necessary for assignment implementation:
• University degree in science with a post graduate training in GIS technology;
• At least 5 years of teaching & training experience in teaching GIS technology;
• Experience in working with ArcGIS products (Version 9.0);
• Knowledge of Russian and some exposure and working experience in land administration in countries of Former Soviet Union will be an advantage.

Consultant will be selected according to the procedures, indicated in World Bank Guidelines «Consultants selection and recruiting by World Bank borrowers».
