Registration of Suppliers for Gobds & Services for the Year - 2010
Applications are invited from Manufacturers, Agents, Registered Co-operative Societies, Government institutes including Corporations Gramodaya Mandala, reputed commercial institutes, and persons who wish to register themselves with this institute for the supply of under mentioned goods and services for the year - 2010.
Specimen application and leaflet including conditions & instructions could be obtained from this office on any working hours before 3.00 p.m. on 19.12.2009.
A receipt, that obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 to this institute shall be forwarded to get an application. Checks and money orders shall not be accepted. Rs. 500.00 shall be paid per each category.
Duly completed applications with a copy of business registration should be sent by the registered post to the Director General Hospital (Teaching), Kegalle or deposited in the tender box kept at the office of the Deputy Director (Finance), before 20.10.2009
