The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Deputy General Manager (Western-North) office will receive bids for the above tenders up to 03.12.2009 at 14.00 hours.
Tender document will be issued only to Manufacturers or their local accredited agents. -
Tender documents can be collected on payment of Non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/= + 12% VAT to the regional Support Center (W/N) of No. 554D, Kandy Road, Ranmuthugala, Kadawatha from 09.00 hours to 12.15 hrs and from 13.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on normal working days up to 02.12.2009. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security of Rs. 20,000.00
Tenderers or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of tenders.
Tenders will be opened at the Deputy General Manager (Western-North) office. Sealed tender/s may be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered to the above address.
Tender documents will be issued only on production of a letter of request for document
on a business letter head. Further particulars can be obtained from the Deputy General Manager (Western-North) over the Phone No.
