Applications are invited from Suppliers, Manufacturers and Contractors who wish to register themselves with the Eastern University, Sri Lanka for the supply of the following items and services during the year 2010.
Applications form should be sent under registered cover, quoting "Registration of Suppliers & Contractors for 2010" on the top left hand comer of the envelope, to reach the "Bursar, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Vantharumoolai, Chenkallady" on or before 14th December 2009. Separate applications should be sent for each of the above category of Supplies / Services.
Each application form should accompany with a bank draft of Rs.250/- (non refundable) in favour of "Bursar, Eastern University, Sri Lanka".
The Eastern University, Sri Lanka generally calls for Quotations from the Registered Suppliers. However, it reserves the right to make inquiries from those who are not registered as well. Suppliers who fail to quote when bids recalled or fail to make delivery in time or in conformity with the given requirements will be delete from the Register, without prior notice.
All applications should be sent as in the specimen application given bellow. Further details could be obtained from the University website . (www.esn.ac.lk).
