Land In Extent: Seventeen Decimal Five Purchase (A.O - R.O - P.17.5) Situated at Erewwala Village Within The Urban Council Limits Of Kesbewa In Palle Pattu Of Salpiti Korale In The District Of Colombo Western Province. Under Authority Granted To Me By People's Bank I Shall Sell By 03rd December 2009 at 10.30 A.M. at the spot.
For Notice Of Resolution: Please refer the Government Gazette of 17.07.2009 and Dinamina Newspaper of 19,08.2009.
Access To The Property: Proceed from Maharagama along the Piliyandala Road about 1 k.m. upto the Arawwala Junction and turn left onto Moragaslanda Mawatha and continue about 50 metres on this road to reach the subject property situated on the left of the road bearing assessment No. 594/4.
Mode Of Payment: The successful purchaser will have to pay the following amount in cash at the fall of the hammer. 1. 10% of the Purchased Price. 2. The Local Authority Tax payable to Local Authority of 1% of the purchase price. 3. Auctioneer's Commission of 2-1/2% (Two and a half percent only) on the sale price. 4. Clerk's and Crier's fee of Rs. 500/= 5. Cost of sale and any other charges if any, 6. Stamp Duty of the Certificate of Sale

If the said amount is not paid within 30 days as stipulated above, the Bank shall have the right to forftto (10%) of the purchase price already paid and resell the property.
