b)Declaratie pe proprie raspundere privind neincadrarea in stare de faliment ori lichidare, indeplinirea obligatiilor catre bugetul de stat, indeplinirea conditiilor contractuale, in ultimii 2 ani, condamnari in ultimii 3 ani;
c)Declaratie pe proprie raspundere referitor la legea privind concurenta;
d)Declaratie de acceptare a conditiilor contractuale, prevazute în modelul de acord cadru si contract subsecvent

a)certificate sau alte documente emise de organisme abilitate în acest sens
- Ofertantii - persoane juridice române - trebuie sa îndeplineasca cerintele OMT 290/2000, adica prestatorul de servicii solicitate in Caietul de Sarcini sa aiba Autorizatie de Furnizor Feroviar si Certificat de Omologare Tehnica/Agrement Tehnic, dupa caz, eliberate de AFER, in termen de valabilitate.
- Ofertantii - persoane juridice straine - certificate sau alte documente emise de organisme abilitate în acest sens, care sa ateste conformitatea serviciilor, identificate clar prin referire la specificatii sau standarde relevante si Agrement Tehnic Feroviar eliberat de AFER, în conformitate cu cerintele din caietul de sarcini si cerintele OMT 290/2000, in termen de valabilitate.
b)declaratie pe proprie raspundere referitoare la echipamentele tehnice si la masurile aplicate în vederea asigurarii calitatii, precum si, daca este cazul, la resursele de studiu si cercetare
c)declaratia pe proprie raspundere referitoare la utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele tehnice de care poate dispune operatorul economic pentru indeplinirea acordului cadru de servicii
d)declaratie pe proprie raspundere referitoare la personalul/organismul tehnic de specialitate de care dispune sau al carui angajament de participare a fost obtinut de catre ofertant, în special pentru asigurarea controlului calitatii
e)declaratie pe propria raspundere privind respectarea conditiilor de munca si protectia muncii
f)certificate care atesta implementarea sistemului de calitate la prestatorul de servicii
