EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OFBID

The Traffic Safety Project Management Unit (TSPMU) had advertised the Specific ProcurementNotice for package B5.1-Equipment for upgrading vehicle licensing System, Vietnam Road Safety Project (VRSP), WB fund in UNDBdgMarket dated from 21 July, 2009. In which the Bidding Document was issued from 9:00 AM dated July 23, 2009 to September 4, 2009,deadline for submission of bids would be at the 9:00 AM September 4, 2009, bid opening should take at the 9:00 AM September4, 2009.Since technical specification was found out some points not suitable for the competitive bidding, this technical specificationwasrevised and finalize attached Bidding Document of package B5.1. Up topresent, the amendment of technical specification has beenapproved by WB and NTSC.

TSPMU issues the amendment of technical specification and continue to sell the Bidding Documentfrom 9:00 AM date November 12, 2009 to 9:00 AM December 28, 2009. The deadline for submission of Bid shall be at 9:00 AM December28, 2009. Bid opening shall take place at 9:00 AM December 28, 2009. Other information of Specific Procurement Notice for packageB5.1 will be kept the same information in UNDB dgMarket on date mentioned above.
